Tiana and Katie bring a grounded, human-first approach to workplace wellness, informed by years of experience guiding individuals and groups through yoga, somatic practices, mindfulness, meditation, and sound healing.

Katie is a 300-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor and Coach, and Tiana is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation and Sound Healing Facilitator.
